Independent Medical Examinations

One Examiner Extensive: An independent Physician/Specialist conducts a detailed file review, extensive history, complete examination and evaluation of any permanent impairment. Conclusions are then drawn based on the Doctor's findings.

Two or More Examiners without Psychiatric: One medical evaluation performed by two or more independent Doctors. Includes a detailed file review, extensive history, complete medical examination, evaluation of any permanent impairment and conclusive report.

Two or More Examiners With Psychiatric: Same as above, with the addition of a complete psychiatric assessment, performed by a third medical Specialist.

Other Medical Services

Records Review:A comprehensive review and evaluation of medical case records. Includes a complete report of the findings, conclusions and recommendations.

Research: An exhaustive and authoritative evaluation of specific topics and issues to provide detailed information and expert support. All research documentation, findings, and medical conclusions are provided in a written report.

Complex Cases: MDS can also provide additional medical services specifically designed to address diseases, complex injuries, or unique medical conditions.
