| Our No Show Policy |
At Medical Diagnostic Services we are well aware of the costs involved when a patient fails to show for their scheduled examination. |

MDS will bill for a "No Show" only if it becomes necessary for us to compensate the scheduled physician(s). No fee is billed for any appointment cancellation made 3 days prior to the exam. |
| Our "No Show " billing rates are $344.50 for each scheduled physician hour. |
